Embotics V-Scout: Free Tool to Manage Sprawl

Alistair Croll of GigaOM wrote a great article yesterday about a new tool released for free from Embotics to help “fight” VM Sprawl called ‘V-Scout’.

Why free?  According to the Embotics web site, awareness of sprawl is merely the first step.  They sell several tools to help get it under control and prevent it in the first place.

I plan to get my hands on it and have a look.  I will post my full review of ‘V-Scout’ soon!
