Unity to strike Workstation

VMware’s “Unity” feature which has been very successful and popular as part of their recent Fusion product for Mac OS virtualization is coming to VMware Workstation! So what does this all mean? Basically, it will bring Linux and Windows apps to the same desktop. Admittedly, not quite the shock value of seeing a Windows app sitting on a Mac OS desktop (cats and dogs really were sleeping together at that point). However, it will allow business and development users (the most prevalent Workstation crowd) to centralize their apps into a single desktop and work in perfect Unity.
